The Lexium ILM series from Schneider Electric are integrated servo motors, like many of the integrated drives from various manufacturers we do not have support for the drive portion with our test equipment. In many cases the the drive portion can be bypassed to connect directly to the encoder.
The encoders equipped on these motors are SICK Stegmann SKS/SKM. Both are supported with our SICK Stegmann Hiperface license in Athena, and they can be connected to the test equipment using our cable TI-5094 in addition of the TI-5104 module.

Memory Support
The memory data from these encoders appears to be compatible with our Schneider's BMH memory format. We have verifications on the angles being listed in the report. Our BMH_MTEST memory software can be used to read the motor's unique data, or to program a replacement encoder.
Before removing the encoder from the motor's shaft we suggest to always record the incoming alignment value to compare the results with the ones retrieved from the Memory Test.
