Georgii Kobold Motors – Mitchell Electronics Inc

Georgii Kobold is a German manufacturer of electromechanical drive systems (motors, gearboxes, drives). Their product range includes brushless DC servo motors, three-phase induction (asynchronous) motors, torque motors, and integrated motor-gear assemblies (planetary, bevel, magnetically geared).

They also emphazise "hygienic desing" (motors suitable for food, pharma, medical applications) with features like stainless steel housing, IP69K protection, and cleaning/disinfection robustness.

In this article we are only going to focus on the PMBL motors, the common models are listed below:

KTY-R	The KTY-R series is the more rugged/ protected variant in the KTY torque motor family. It complements the KTY-Q series by offering a higher protection class (IP65) via a housed aluminum construction.
