In general, even the largest permanent magnet brushless motors will run on our system, it just depends how fast they will run. This is all determined by voltages; both the backdrive voltage output of the motor (Ke) and the supply voltage going to the amplifier. A 240V connection to the amplifier will run all motors 2X faster than a 120V connection.
It's also important to understand that our run test system is design to operate without a load, so it should never be drawing much current. Even on very large motors, there is relatively little startup current required to get the shaft spinning. In this regard, there would be no difference in using a 30A amplifier or a 100A amplifier.
Below is an equation to determine roughly how fast your motor will run on the TI-3000JX. This requires knowing the motor's Ke rating. You can test the motor itself as listed below, or find the rated output listed in the motor's technical manual.
